The item was missing half its contents. The seal was put back on to appear as if it was meant to be this way. The worst part is I didn't realize this until after I had been using it for a while and I saw my buddies brand new one. By that time it was too late to return to Amazon and get it replaced. Overall a bogus deal.

ON Whey does exactly what I want a protein supplement to do: it dissolves easily, is readily digestible, tastes fine, and is reasonably priced. I couldn't ask for more, and that's what keeps me coming back time after time. I use this stuff mixed with water after workouts - and sometimes before (if I haven't had a meal in over 2 hours). I also use it as a base for smoothies made with frozen berries and sometimes extras like cacao nibs and/or chia seeds. The clean protein makes for an excellent nutritional supplement even exclusive of exercise.

My main criticism is that it mixes up a little thin in texture. This is a consequence of it's highly fractionated preparation - a key to its high dissolvability (which is a critical feature for me). In my book that's not an issue. Love it.

The title pretty much says it all. The taste is good, it mixes easily, and it was shipped quickly. I have not tried other protein mixes so I cannot compare it to any; however, I do not feel the need to try any others either as I'm a satisfied customer. Amazon rocks.
