I absolutely love this stroller. I gave it only four stars because of the inconvenience of the under-basket.
Features I like: folds flat (even with adaptor), steers with one hand, canopies offer full coverage and operate independently. The feature that could use improvement is basket; it is rather small and has terrible access - I actually do not use it at all it is so hard to get items in/out. I bought the extra stroller organizer with the cup holder and highly recommend it.
I have taken this stroller to the park's paved trails to walk/ jog with both girls in it (my girls are currently 23-mths and 4-mths). It is a little heavy and doesn't ride as smooth as a "jogging" stroller would but for as little as I do with both girls it is great (is just fine when I jog too). I also have the Tike Tech single jogging stroller which has the great features included above inclusive of access to the basket. I did not get the double because I had several issues with the wheel/ inner tubes staying inflated (the tubes would often pop so it was repaired by sanding the rims and putting a barrier of duct tape between the rim and the tube which seem to solve the problem). But back to the Baby Jogger... it is a great stroller for the price.
I had issues installing the car seat adaptor but finally got it attached (directions were terrible) - I have a Graco Snugride car seat. It makes the stroller much heavier and is not as sturdy as I would like it to be. I DO use the strap to hold the car seat to the adaptor. When the car seat is on the stroller without my 2-yr old in her other seat, it is really unstable (MUST be careful on hills or slanted roads so it doesn't tip over). My little one will be out of the car seat soon and I imagine that issue will be resolved once the car seat adaptor is not attached to the stroller. The adaptor is EXPENSIVE for what you get (add another hundred to your purchase if you decide to get one). I have a friend who uses the Kiddopatumas snuggie and reclines the seat in lieu of purchasing the adaptor and it works great for her little guy. I wanted to be able to leave my sleeping baby where she was but it is your prerogative what you prefer.

I have a 2 year old and a 3 week old and we have been using this stroller daily for the last week. I couldn't be happier with it! I decided against buying the car seat adapter (both because of the expense and because we have a Keyfit car seat and the width of the car seat means it overlaps into my toddler's seat) and instead we bought a snuzzler/infant support pillow and it works beautifully! I use little colored chip clips to hold the blanket onto the stroller (to protect my newborn from the wind) which works great. My 2 year old fits great (and he is tall for his age) and seems to be very comfortable. It maneuvers super easily with just one hand. Even though it is not really an "off-road" stroller, it navigated bumpy grass with ease. I LOVE the umbrellas...they really do block out the sun and the double windows allow you to still be able to see your baby perfectly.

I only have 2 complaints so far. First, the same complaint most everyone has...the fact that the basket underneath is nearly impossible to access. I can't even really bring a diaper bag with me because of how difficult it is to get it in the basket. I have remedied this by buying 2 diaper wallets to put underneath and put the snacks in the cooler that attaches to the stroller (sold separately). My second complaint is that it doesn't roll (or lock) at all when folded. You have to pick it up and carry it to wherever you want to set it up.

But I really love this stroller and despite the 2 complaints, I couldn't bring myself to rate it lower than 5 stars. All the pros DEFINITELY make up for the cons. I would recommend it in a heartbeat! So many double strollers aren't suitable for BOTH an older/tall toddler and newborn. I am so grateful for this one!

Love it, my 2 year old loves it. Nice and roomy for her. Great sunshades. Folds easily buy does take up alot of space in the back of the suv. Only downside is lack of storage. The comparent at the bottom is decent size but hard to squeeze things into
