I too bought this because of the mostly postive reviews, and so far agree with those reviews. The carrier came with instructions and took me about 30 minutes to put together. The only hiccup I came across while putting it together is that one of the long bolts came cross threaded so I have to find something to put in its place. Also for some reason I cannot screw the hitch pin into the anti tilt bracket when installed into the hitch. I will have to look into that more when I get a chance.
Overall I am pleased with my purchase; good price and so far good quality. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a carrier for a motorcycle less than 500lbs.

I got this because it was the cheapest thing out there. I have never owned another, so nothing to compare it to. Loaded my DR 200 on the back of my Tacoma. Works great. Have driven about 400 miles with it, and I live on the end of a 15 mile dirt road. With lots of rocks. It does sway side to side, but other than that seems to be ok. I put cam straps from the edges to my truck to minimize the sway, and that seems to help. My bike is also pretty light, 250lbs. The ramp works best on a hill, or off a curb. It is pretty steep otherwise. I am not sure what the extra $3-400 would have got me that this one doesn't have. It's pretty handy.

Overall a good product. Received in good condition and packed pretty well. The Instructions were in the very bottom of the box. They were not very clear but a little common sense and it's a breeze had it assembled in about 15 minutes. I was even able to load my dual sport on my jeep with a swing away tire carrier obviously not able to swing with the bike loaded but my spare is a 35x12.50. Loaded the pegs just touched the tire but not enough to cause any problems. The only issue I have is with the ramp. It kicks out when I get the front tire loaded but I'm almost sure it is due to suspension squat not the product. Also the jeep is lifted 6.5 inches and the ramp is just long enough that I didn't need to extend it but it was really steep. A little longer ramp wouldn't hurt if you have a taller vehicle.
